Position Summary

The Procurement Executive role will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Procurement Team and reports to the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchase to pay process which includes sourcing, negotiation, selection, and purchase of material and services
- Processing of purchase order to ensure on-time-delivery and track procurement cycle
- Responsible for the order to cash process from managing customer’s inquiry for recurring orders to generating sales orders and fulfillment of the order
- Maintain and update data for procurement and savings in a timely manner
- Part of vendor management through an update on the vendor scorecard, provide a summary and propose a solution when necessary
- Shipment cost comparison, analysis, quote negotiation, and arrangement with service provider for all orders
- Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities or tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Resourceful, meticulous, self-drive, have the sense of ownership and responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience in Enterprise Resource Planning; NetSuite
- Enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and mature thinking
- Independent to handle tasks assigned with minimum guidance
- Sound knowledge of procedures and processes associated with the procurement function
- Be able to work flexible hours due to the majority of clients being based internationally. Some work out of normal work hours may be expected
