Admin Executive

Liaise with internal stakeholders on Procurement related general queries and requests
- Provide administrative support in procurement processes such as review of Purchase Order (PO) requests, issuance of PO in GeBIZ, publish invitations, awards and perform simple data analyses etc.
- Work with robotic/automation program(s) in delivering tasks
- Perform data entry and tracking of requests
- Other procurement related administrative request
Mondays to Friday (Normal office hours)
**Requirements**:
- A Tertiary Education Certificate/Diploma
- 1-3 years in procurement/account processes
- Proficient in basic IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office and data entry
- Meticulous and organized
- Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills
- Preferably some experience in administrative services
- Fresh graduate welcome
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
