The Centre Support Officer (CSO) provides administration support in the childcare centre. This is a permanent position at one of our childcare centres in the Tengah region.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Update and maintain regular and accurate records
Prepare, collect and compile documents
Collate and generate reports
Collect fees and process financial matters
Attend to enquires from walk-in parents and telephone
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
GCE O Level and above
At least 2 years of administrative experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and organising skills
Pleasant disposition
Proficient in Microsoft Office
