Job Description

As a Centre Officer at BlueTree Education, you play a vital role in the daily operations of our education centre. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects from managing student affairs and facilities to driving sales, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Student Affairs:

  • Oversee day-to-day centre operations, student matters, and facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Provide warm, professional service to parents and students.
  • Support enrollment activities and contribute to trial conversions and student retention.

Administration & Financial Matters:

  • Handle termly invoicing, payments, and student enrolment records accurately.
  • Send reminders for new signups and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Class Coordination:

  • Manage class logistics such as make-up lessons, transfers, and attendance tracking.
  • Support teachers by preparing lesson materials, devices, and classroom setups.

Systems & Inventory Management:

  • Update the FLAVOR system with key information like class capacity and teacher schedules.
  • Oversee inventories for pantry items, stationery, rewards, and printing supplies.

Customer Relations & Support:

  • Attend to walk-in enquiries and assist existing parents with professionalism and care.
  • Handle complaints and withdrawals tactfully to maintain positive relationships.

Ad-hoc Support:

  • Assist the Centre Manager with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Centre Officer or in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Great communicator who can connect well with students, parents and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident, cheerful and brings positive energy to the team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.

Working Hours

  • Weekdays: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
