**Job Description of Sales Coordinator/Supporter**
**Responsibilities**:
- Arranging logistics and deliveries of goods to customers.
- Coordinating sales orders and provide necessary support to our sales managers and representatives; including liaising with suppliers and scheduling delivery timings.
- Answering of phone calls when customers call in, giving information to customers regarding FG’s products
- Creating invoices and delivery orders
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and other general common computer programs.
- Reasonably proficient in English and Chinese.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and hardworking, with a keen willingness to learn and a good attention to detail.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
