You will join the Business and the Creatives Cluster (Cluster Operations and Admin Centre) to provide support at School and Cluster levels. At the Cluster, we constantly look at creation of synergy and improvements to our work processes between the Schools to improve our efficiency.

[What you will be working on]

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Attend to academic administrative matters in relation to assessments, exams, syllabuses, course / modules registration and module grade appeal etc.
- Handle procurement and finance functions.
- Provide support for alumni engagement, adjuncts, industry engagement and continuing education and training administration.
- Organise events and handle projects for the Schools / Cluster.
- Provide effective customer service to stakeholders, students, lecturers and visitors.
- Maintain the upkeep of office equipment and facilities for the Schools / Cluster.
- Carry out administrative duties to ensure smooth running of daily office operations.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of office administration or any other relevant work experience.
- Able to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Able to exercise judgement and discretion in enhancing work efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
