**Onboarding Assistant, SE Asia & China**

We are looking for an Onboarding Assistant to support our Sourcing Managers, reporting to the Partnerships Director. An eye for detail is essential and a willingness to work hard.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Sourcing teams in their daily work processes.
- Manage the onboarding process from commitment to listing.
- Liaise with suppliers on the documents related to the onboarding process.
- Ensure information submitted by the supplier is accurate and complete.
- Upload all information into Trustana's portal.
- Keep records of the data gathered to ensure no omissions.
- Provide reports such as number of suppliers onboarded per month.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**You would be a great if you have**
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Spoken and written Chinese would be an advantage
- Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O' level or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years administration experience
- Demonstrate good customer service and professionalism at all times
- Capability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Intelligent and self-motivated
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS office
- Positive attitude
- Enjoy the ambiguity of a new company.
