- Cash Settlement / Liquidity Management Exp

Job Scope:

- Plan, implement and review the Group’s overall Cash Management strategy
- Supporting the business by understanding the processes, optimizing its operations and implement appropriate solutions
- Prepare, review and perform investigation on discrepancy accounts, data and transactions, and where necessary reconciliation to rectify discrepancies
- Prepare reporting and support if any follow-up actions
- Prepare tender documents of contracts for new / existing suppliers, vendors and work services
- Collaborate with stakeholders’ provider to ensure Cash Management operations, contracts and SLA can be conducted in a conducive manner
- Determine, monitor and track key KPIs are meeting Regulatory, Contractual and SLA requirements
- Oversee daily operations and identify process bottleneck, propose and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support in forecasting short and long-term goals for Cash Management operations
- Develop, maintain and ensure Cash Management’s SOP and WI are updated and relevant to the Group’s operational and financial requirements
- Develop and maintain Asset Information Systems (eg Asset Register, SOP and Maintenance Records)
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business or related discipline
- Possess 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in cash settlement / liquidity management from finance / banking industry
- Able to work independently and in a team in a challenging environment
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem resolution skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
