Job Scope:

- Handling finance related taskes including preparation of banking documentation for import / export letter of credit (L/C) and collection bills, SBLC and BG
- Process daily export / collection bills to be sent to banks for negotiation / presentation
- Follow up on export / collection bills discrepancies, acceptance payment and any disputes
- Processing of import bills and its settlements
- Liaison with banks for rates on L/C confirmations and discounting
- Perform month-end Bank reconciliations
- Process accounting data entries into SAP accounting system
- Process daily outgoing remittances in the accounting system and bank’s cash management system
- Attend to queries from banks & trading departments
- Date entry payments in internet banking system, enter & posting of accounting JV’s
- Reconciliations of balance sheet items - loans, NR’s
- Assist the finance team in ad-hoc task when required
**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma in Accounting / GCE O Levels
- Possess minimum 1 year Trade Finance experience
- Prior experience in banking documentation, export L/C documentation, collection bills & banker's guarantee
- Hands-on knowledge of letter of credits and INCOTERMS
- Knowledge of the latest UCP and ISBP will be advantageous
- Knowledge in accounting & bank reconciliations will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate user of MS Excel)
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
