**What you will be doing**
- Handle full set of accounts and reconciliation reports for the group and its entities;
- Assist in annual statutory audit, taxation matters and company secretarial matters;
- Perform daily accounting routine functions;
- Support on cash flow management, intercompany transactions and settlement;
- Update various trackers, variance analysis and commentaries;
- Monitor client account balances on a daily basis;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports to MAS;
- Work together with other teams to continuously improve the quality of financial reporting and automate internal operational processes;
- Provide analyses and information in response to ad hoc requests from time to time.
**What we are looking for**
- 5 years or above experiences in preparing full set of accounts and month-end closing;
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or member of a professional accounting body
- Firm grasp of basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
- Ability to work well in teams and independently;
- Great attention to detail; Strong work ethics, with a capability to manage confidential data and communicate with stakeholders;
- Experience in payment industry would be an advantage; Interest in working for a fintech start-up and enjoy working with numbers;
- Open mind with a willingness to learn; Proactive and possess excellent organizing skill;
- Familiar with MS Office, QuickBooks and other accounting/tax software;
