DESIGNATION : Senior/ Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

The jobholder is responsible for the liaison, coordination and implementation of community, publicity, active ageing/wellness programmes and compliance-related tasks, assisting the Head of the Department to ensure smooth operations.

**Community outreach, Partnership and Publicity**
- Plan, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based programmes/initiatives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for the residents
- Establish collaborations with relevant community partners to extend the organisation’s outreach and maintain good working relationships and support networks
- Volunteers’ activities and events management
- Contribute quality and relevant publicity content to support the head office’s publicity team

**Operations**
- Coordinate Ops & Nursing consumables-related procurement process in accordance with SOPs
- Facilities & Contracts management
- Fixed assets management
- Service requests management
- Staff dormitories management
- Support inventory and cost management
- Licenses and Permits management
- Incident & Stakeholders management
- Tier one IT support and IT inventory management
- Support supervisee(s) assigned (if any)

**Compliance**
- Support Data protection efforts in ensuring good practice
- Support Work Place Safety (WSH) and Enterprise Risk management
- Ensure compliance to fire safety requirements and timely response to Fire Decam System by duty staff
- Safety and Security Watch Group (SSWG)/ SG Secure requirement
- Support BOL Homes’ Nursing Licence Inspections and BOL review requirements

**Other Duties**
- Perform Secretariat duties, including minutes taking, developing, improving and compiling Department SOPs, budget tracking, and maintaining committee records involving the Operations Department
- Support infectious disease control/ pandemic management
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in operations, project management & liaison work in a residential care facility
- Will be required to participate in vaccination/ infectious diseases control regimes required by MOH for in-situ staff serving in ILTC setting
- Possess good report writing skills
- Independent, tactful, cultural competence, resourceful, team player and able to perform under pressure
