Team Introduction
You will be part of the Global Real Estate team based in Singapore, working on a range of projects across APAC and ensuring on-time delivery and user satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that our employees are operating at their best, in a well-structured, inspiring environment.

Responsibilites
- Assist in the transactions team through building up market intelligence databases externally and internally. Includes data fielding, analysis and findings through internal and external sources to enhance the team's knowledge base of competitor distribution, market situation, forecast and background.
- Manage and optimize the tracking of the current database of all the existing and upcoming transactions, such as in-depth lease extractions, internal system processes, making sure that all information is kept up to date and accurate. Updating/updating of various tracking sheets and databases as required.
- Value creation through assisting in the financial evaluation of all deals (e.g. financial cost analysis, full cycle cost analysis, market cost etc)
- Perform system processes processes/alignments with various stakeholders through a systematic process flow, SOPs and deliverables, to ensure the smooth delivery of real estate outcomes.
- Support other real estate related work in liaison with other corporate functions on entity-related, carparking related, security related, other projects/initiatives/queries.
- May support specific transactions which will follow through the process of conceptualisation of business requirements, transaction management, negotiations, lease acquisitions, legal reviews, stakeholder management, system processes, deal actualisation and documentation.
- Perform other real estate related duties as assigned, including regular reports to the management etc.
- Previous relevant working experience, preferably in consultancy, real estate, workplace areas;
- Analytical with a good command of the use of excel;
- Demonstrate logical thinking, systematic approach in execution and detail orientated;
- Able to work well with different teams and stakeholders and a fast changing environment;
- Ability to adapt to the culture of the company;
- Good time management juggling multiple tasks of ranging priorities.
