- Assist in the transactions team across the entire cycle from conceptualization of business requirement, broker management, transaction management, negotiations, lease acquisitions, legal reviews, stakeholder management, system processes, deal actualization and documentation;
- Value creation through assisting in the financial evaluation of all deals (e.g. financial cost analysis, full cycle cost analysis, market cost etc);
- Due diligence in the documentation processes working with brokers, legal counsels, landlords, serviced office providers, tax team, etc ;
- Familiarise, manage and assist in the system processes of internal approval papers
- Setting forth approval papers for all deals and managing different stakeholders to ensure the proper and efficient closure of all ongoing transactions;
- Manage and optimize the tracking of the current database of all the existing and upcoming transactions, such as lease extractions, making sure that all information is kept up to date and accurate;
- Perform other real estate related duties as assigned, including regular reports to the management etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required with Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance/Accountancy, Engineering or its equivalent;
- 3 - 4 years of working experience preferably in the consultancy, real estate, workplace areas;
- Able to practice critical and sound thinking, empowered to make good judgement calls when needed;
- Self-starter and also able to work well with different teams and stakeholders, team player who is highly adaptable to changes, task driven and time focused
- Analytical with good organizational skills and good command in the use of excel, demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills;
- Good time management juggling multiple tasks of ranging priorities.
