**About the opportunity**

As The Hour Glass continues its strategic digitalization efforts, the ERP & CRM Applications Manager plays an important role in ensuring the best outcomes for leveraging technology in providing exceptional immersive omnichannel experiences for our clients. Reporting to the Head of Digital Technology Services, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering ERP and CRM projects, including but not limited to implementations, enhancements, upgrades and maintenance.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead end to end project implementations, enhancements, maintenance and upgrades
- Engage key stakeholders to address concerns, new requirements and evaluate solutions to improve business operations
- Manage project teams consisting of internal and external resources to ensure project delivery. This includes planning, organizing, gathering requirements, process mapping, documentation, development, testing, training, deployment and support
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for optimization, redesign or process improvement
- Report actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Design training materials and conduct training
- Evaluate/translate latest trends that could be implemented to increase productivity for the business
- Professional Experience_
- 8 to 10 years of experience in ERP and CRM implementation
- Proven experience with CRM e.g. SugarCRM, SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics etc.
- Proven experience with ERP e.g. Infor M3, SAP
- At least 3 previous experiences managing a medium to large scale ERP and CRM implementation projects, including SOW, development and deployment
- Experience in integrations, user support and training
- Experience in managing a team in the retail industry
- Experience with user-centred design processes
- Familiarity and experience with digital marketing and campaign management will be a plus
- Knowledge skills and abilities_
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal English
- Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, adaptable and collaborative
- Strong team player, resourceful, energetic, willing to learn and to grow
