We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst (1 to 2 years contract available) to analyse business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation and Support:
Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications, resolving any issues that arise.
Perform role and user management.
Business Process Analysis:
Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
Project Management:
Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Prioritise service request/change request and work closely with IT Project Manager to ensure the application vendor fulfil their SLA.
Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilise ERP systems to generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.
Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role (healthcare experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations for finance module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
