**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
We are seeking a talented Infor M3 ERP Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing and ensuring the M3 ERP system meets the organization's needs.

**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for Infor M3 ERP system.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet business needs and adhere to Infor M3 ERP best practices.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents for Infor M3 ERP system enhancements and customizations.
- Work closely with the development partners to ensure solutions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with others FICOFI business teams or external partners teams to develop and implement solutions that integrate with other systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support (functional and technical) for the Infor M3 ERP system, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality and make recommendations for system enhancements or process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Infor M3 ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay up to date with Infor M3 ERP system updates and new features, and make recommendations for system upgrades as needed.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with Infor M3 ERP.
- Experience with Infor M3 Cloud is required.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, inventory management, and other ERP related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Infor M3 ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics.
- Familiarity with Infor M3 ERP tools and technologies, such as MEC, Mashups, Smart Office, and ION.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive for results and perseverance.
- High level of proactivity and organizational skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and fluency in French are advantages.
- Experience on Infor M3 migration from On-premise to Cloud version will be a plus
