**The Job**

As our Applications Manager (ERP & CRM), you will be responsible for planning, organising and
delivering our ERP and CRM projects, including implementations, enhancements, upgrades and
maintenance. Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Engineering Director, you will
manage all coordination and follow-ups on our ERP & CRM implementations, support on
technical issues as well as handle project documentation, user manual and training.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end project implementations, enhancements, maintenance and upgrades

***Manage key stakeholders to address concerns, new requirements and evaluation
- solutions to improve business operations
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and implement an

integrated solution that provides seamless integration between ERP, CRM and other

- Manage project teams consisting of internal and external resources to ensure project

delivery. This includes planning, organizing, gathering requirements, process mapping,
documentation, development, testing, training deployment and support.
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunity for optimisation, redesign, or

process improvement
- Report actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement

***Design training materials and conduct training

***Evaluate/translate latest trends that could be implemented to increase productivity for
- the business

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 5 years of experience in ERP and CRM implementation with at least 3 years of

hands-on experience managing a medium to large scale ERP and CRM implementation
including SOW, development and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot,
- Able to handle integrations, user support and training
- Has a good understanding and interest in user-centered design processes
- A strong self-starter mentality and the ability to build positive connections with both
- internal and external stakeholders- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to ever-changing
- needs- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Has project management experience in the Consumer Products and Retail industry are a

bonus
