- Responsible for software and systems upgrades.
- Supervise technical/support staff to ensure continuous IT support across the regions.
- Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization and with Munich HQ to ensure project success and user needs are identified and met.
- Participates in/on a variety of meetings, groups, and/or committees to communicate and confer about process analysis of existing procedures and systems, and/or discuss the roll-out of new projects and software upgrades, and/or discuss other applicable issues.

**Your qualifications**:

- To be proficient in the life cycle of SAP project development and implementation
- Familiar with all modules of SAP with an expertise in any specific area
- Communicates well with all levels of management
- Able to work in a global environment and to build good collaborative relationships with Munich HQ and the other regional users / partners.
- Experience in people management and has proven success in team management.
- Have an analytic mind and can diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues at root cause
- Have the maturity and professional capacity to anticipate risks and provide foresight to plan ahead
- Is foreword looking, agile and flexible in execution of duties and responsibilities
