**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Contribute to the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design through to construction documentation.
- **Project Management**: Manage landscape projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape architecture with overall project objectives.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices in all projects, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and presenting design concepts effectively.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: From $3,200.00 per month
