**Scope of Work for Team Lead**
- **_To collaborate with multiple stakeholders _**(e.g., Product Owner) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
- **_To direct and guide the development team in various aspects _**of the software development life cycle, development, coding, testing and debugging to deliver solutions.
- **_To work with Project Manager or Authority on development requirements and implementation timeline. _**:

- **_To perform post-rollout maintenance work _**such as solving of problem reports, providing solutions on bug fixes and change requests.
- **_To plan and produce the necessary technical documentation _**for features or modules developed and update specification document, test plan and procedures.
- **_To ensure deliverables are in accordance to user and authority requirements. _**:

- **_To assist and manage on-the-ground operations with developers _**. i.e. Task allocation and sprint planning.
- **_To perform other ad-hoc activities as required _**by the Authority.
- **_To explore new technologies and assess them. _**

**Pre-requisite for Team Lead**

2. Required Competencies
- ReactJS / NodeJS
- React Native
- SQL related database
- Java
- Spring
- **_Experience in handling system-to-system backend interfaces _**is highly preferred.
- **_Experience in object-oriented analysis, design, System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology _**.
- **_Experience in software and UML modelling tools _**is preferred.
- **_Proficient in spoken and written _**_English _.
- Ability to **_write clean, well-documented code _**.
- **_Excellent in analytical skills, complex problem-solving and troubleshooting skills _**.
- **_Good Team player, responsible, independent and pro-active. _**:

- **_Good in coordination, communication and presentation skills _**.
- **_Proficiency in Office productivity suites _**such as MS office and MS project.

**Required Working Experience**

**_Minimum 3 years of experience _**in four or more of the following skills:

- ReactJS / NodeJS
- React Native
- SQL related database
- Java
- Spring

**_- Experience in the Government System or any learning systems _**would be preferred.
