**Role**:

- To provide assistance and value-added service to Middle East and other Arabic speaking clients by handling enquiries, appointments, admissions, emergencies and other services in relation.
- To provide verbal and written Arabic-English and English-Arabic translation services to clients and others in relation
- To chaperone patients to scheduled consultation / treatment appointments and other non-treatment related events as and when required
- To provide accurate and timely feedback and raise urgent issues to the attention of superiors for further actions
- To perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

**Salary**:
