They are a the **First of their kind in Medtech**, born from 2 specialized organizations leading in Singapores Therapy field, the founders started this company to solve a problem that they themselves experienced as parents. **They aim to make childrens therapy more accessible digitally** by making sure that the right therapists and services are accessible to parents in need at the touch of a button. They have a growing ecosystem of therapists, each specializing in their own field for a wide coverage of medical knowledge and practices. With over hundreds of customers already utilizing their services, this is an exciting opportunity to bring their service to a digital scale.

**Your new job**:Visionary Marketplace Senior Manager**:
As the new **Marketplace Senior Manager**, you will be heading a team of **middle managers **and you will be responsible for launching the Marketplace from ground up. You will be **building your network of agencies** for marketing executions as well as **executing go-to-market strategies** to ensure traction in the market and rocket the platform into a known brand for children's therapy. **You will also have a chance to be part of the leadership team** rocketing your career goals in a short span of time. As a generalist with experience in cross strategy, product development, and digital marketing, you'll be an integral part of defining and executing the **launch strategy to grow and scale your new 2-sided marketplace** in Singapore and major cities in the region.
**Responsibilities**
- Creating and executing a **product development strategy**:

- To design and **develop an online marketplace** catering to two specific audiences in the developmental therapy sector - therapists and parents.
- Create a **supply pipeline** of therapists
- Lead client acquisition and demand generation activities
- Execute the **full marketing funnel** and flywheel for our organization from **Awareness to Purchase and Loyalty.**:

- Promote and optimize earned/owned/paid media

**What we would like you to bring**:

- bachelor's degree in a related field, and an MBA is a bonus.
- at least 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a leadership role in a digital marketplace
- a strong track record of execution excellence.
