**Business Support (Marketplace Services) - Executive / Senior Executive
Primary

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Merchant Onboarding Lead in end-to-end store setup requirements to ensure timely and successful store launch on YSG Marketplace Platform.

2. Duties of the Onboarding Team including, but not limited to:
a) Soliciting brand owners for complete store listing information (product information, product images, marketing artwork, price, promotion mechanics, etc)

b) Listing products on Marketplace

c) Work with Design Team for Merchant Store Design on Marketplace

d) Assist in training for brand owners upon handover of seller’s store

e) Merchant account management and technical troubleshooting, where necessary.

3. Work closely with Marketing Team in proof-reading for fluency in language and errors in product information to ensure the launching of stores beautifully on YSG Marketplace Platform.

4. Build merchant engagement to encourage attractive up-to-date promotional activities through maintaining close rapport and relationship with existing and new merchants.

5. Collaborate with the wider teams of YSG (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure smooth daily operation of the Marketplace.

6. Assist the Merchant Onboarding Lead in maintaining updated records for all merchant information, activities, contracts/agreements, monthly finance matters.

7. Assist the Onboarding Lead in reconciliation of orders made on the marketplace and ensure proper billing of all merchants on a monthly basis.

8. Support the Onboarding Lead and Marketing Team in campaigns, social media outreach, and all other marketing activities, where needed.

9. Meet and exceed the timely execution of all deliverables.

10. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.

3. Highly organized, meticulous, and strong attention to details.

4. Fast thinker with a strong sense of business acumen.

5. Ability to handle people of all levels.

6. Pleasant, clean, and professional image

7. Strong English proficiency plus additional languages will be advantages.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.

10. Strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience

11. Ability to convey business information clearly and analyse the requirements to influence customer buying decisions.

13. Excellent team player, flexible and excited about adapting to new situations and responsibilities.
