The role offers a hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and the location is at Raffles Place. We prefer young graduates with 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the wealth management sector in business solution analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.

As a Business Analyst, you should have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources. You should also have solid knowledge of wealth management industry trends, including regulatory requirements, digital transformation, and evolving client expectations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner are a must. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying creative and innovative solutions. Experience with technology platforms is beneficial, but not a primary requirement.

If you are proficient in using business analysis tools, and project management software, that will be an advantage. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also important.
