WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Retail Sales and Demand plan to inform gender-led architecture and Assortment Planning, based on retail strategies and opportunities. Ensure plan reconciles with topline financial plan developed by the Merchandising Financial Planning.
- Lead assortment planning Pre
- through In-Season (Breadth & Depth) to inform Merchandising Assortment decisions and product flow strategies, and manufacturing decisions (Buy Quantification). Assortment plans built from bottoms up and incorporate the impact of launch, marketing initiatives and key consumer moments.
- Develop Allocations Forecast for Capacity Constrained, Intentionally Constrained and High-Heat/Launch Products, inclusive of partnering with operations on order management.
- Manage and execute In-Season plans, including order bookings and shipments to accounts, inventory management, and overall marketplace health. Ongoing recaps and analysis, identifying best and slow sellers, replenishments, tracking against forecast. Monitor performance of key items and seasonal stories, taking actions to maximize revenue, margin, and inventory productivity.
- Recap performance of assortment, analyse and share insights with cross-functional partners, ensuring the voice of consumer is incorporated in future plans and strategies

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work across Singapore and South East Asia & India territory. You will partner and work with multiple key stakeholders to drive optimal style & classification plans and deliver Nike’s financial goals within a dynamic marketplace unit. In this role, you will work closely with Merchandising Financial Planning, Product Merchandising, Finance, Marketplace Business Unit to determine style depth, breath, assortment flow, shipments to achieve financial and retail sales plans.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in merchandising / buying / business / account management / demand planning
- Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, comprehensive understanding of retail math
- Ability to build and understand stock and sales plan, OTB
- Ability to create style-level sales plans, shipment plans, monthly reports, track promotional calendar/events
- Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others. Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions and stakeholders
- Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred
