Job responsibilities:

- To assist the organization in achieving their business goals
- To provide and deliver customer service excellence to our valued clients
- Assist clients on enquiries, concerns and after sales services
- Provide advice and introduce clients of suitable products
- Deliver operations excellence (Stock-taking and sales)
- Assist in the store operations relating to housekeeping and stock management
- Handle merchandise display within the boutique
- Documentation of sales transactions
- To engage in the innovation of ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and service innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
- Individuals who have a keen interest in shoes, lifestyle products and fashion apparels
- Minimum working experience of 1 year in related field is a bonus
- Willing to work on public holidays and during the weekends

Pay: From $2,050.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
