About the role

As a Retail Associate with Accendo Luxe Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high-end in-store experience for our discerning clientele. This full-time position is based in the Orchard Central Region, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
  3. Maintaining the visual presentation and merchandising of the store, ensuring it aligns with Accendo Luxe's brand standards
  4. Replenishing and organising stock, as well as processing inventory
  5. Adhering to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the high end appliance area or home accessories
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage
  4. A positive, energetic, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
