About the role
As a Retail Associate with Accendo Luxe Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high-end in-store experience for our discerning clientele. This full-time position is based in the Orchard Central Region, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
- Maintaining the visual presentation and merchandising of the store, ensuring it aligns with Accendo Luxe's brand standards
- Replenishing and organising stock, as well as processing inventory
- Adhering to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the high end appliance area or home accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage
- A positive, energetic, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
