We are looking for a Retail Associate (Singapore). As Retail Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our men's lifestyle brand, Jonathan Abel, at our retail location, through providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You will be required to work 5 days per week, including public holidays and weekends.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
- Achieve personal monthly sales targets
- To provide excellent customer service & ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for customers
- To communicate and liaise with colleagues and retail partners
- To perform monthly stock takes & ensure adequate inventory at all times
- To manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor set changes
- To keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to handle customer requests, complaints and feedback
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE_
- An outgoing personality who loves to interact with people
- At least 1-2 years working experience in a retail or customer service role
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, pro-active attitude, with initiative to constantly delight customers
- Flexibility to respond quickly and appropriately in a dynamic environment
- Passion for fashion, retail, menswear and men's lifestyle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $1,800.00 per month
