In addition to the basic salary, you will also enjoy commission

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience
  • Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Link-sell and up-sell to help customers find what they didn't know they needed
  • Educate customers on product features and leather care
  • Handle after-sales service and manage customer feedback
  • Support stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks
  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing store
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive and efficient store atmosphere

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in retail or sales
  • Able to start immediately
  • Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering great service
