**Job Title**: Retail Sales Associate

**Location**: Forum The Shopping Mall, Singapore

**Working hours**: 5 working day from 10:30am-8pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

**About Us**:
We are a premium mother and kids retail store at Forum The Shopping Mall, specializing in high-quality, branded products for mothers and children. We pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of stylish, functional, and innovative products that cater to the modern family's needs.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to our customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a similar setting (mother and kids products, fashion, lifestyle).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
