Salesforce and Client Solutions Executive

This role integrates Salesforce responsibilities with revenue generation related projects to support data driven decision making.
**Salesforce**
The Salesforce Administrator will be the single point of contact for Salesforce and support the ongoing development of Atalian’s Salesforce deployment.
The administrator will work closely with the Director of Business Development and the Regional IT Director to use analytics to identify develop and deploy new business processes including core sales busines process and marketing related projects.
**Client Solution**
Client Solutions is a holistic approach to revenue generation by combining Client Relationship Management (CRM), pre-sales, sales, proposal management, commercial modelling, and marketing & communications.
The Client Solutions Executive is responsible for supporting revenue generation activities including support lead generation, solution selling, commercial models and efficient project bid management.
**Salesforce**
- Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce related matters
- Manage all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other BAU tasks.
- Support internal system audits and platform upgrades.
- Establish good Salesforce practices and assist in training
**Client Solutions**
- Deliver sales reporting, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts
- Monitor key contracts (end-date, risk rating) and assess client relationships to support retention
- Manage the Regional Content Library and bid writing resources to deliver compelling proposals / RFP’s
- Support bid management on regional opportunities
- Support contract renewal and initiatives
**Typical Duties (Non-Exhaustive)**
**Salesforce**
- Point of contact for regional Salesforce queries
- Induction of new Salesforce user including Salesforce App
- Generate reports
- Generate dashboards
- On-going data cleansing of Salesforce pipeline data
**Client Solutions**
- Support generate new leads in line with targeted segments
- Support contract renewal and retention activities
- Support customer facing activities
- Support sales process improvement projects
- Communicate the Atalian value proposition
**Key Experiences and any Qualification Requirements**
**Key Experiences**
- 3 years minimum commercial or business development experience with proven track record of leading successful bids within the Facility Management (FM), Corporate Real Estate (CRE), or built environment professional services.
- Proven track record of FM operational knowledge
- Salesforce or CRM experience -training will be provided.

- UK CRM Manager - Jocelyn Clark
- Client Solution Directors and Managers
**Qualifications**
- Degree level education in professional services
