**Short Description**:
- Provide backend IT technical services and support on current services and new eLearning initiatives.
- Perform Cloud security assessment, system planning and change management, and proactively monitor IT systems and recommend enhancements/upgrades when necessary.
- Manage projects, from understanding and analysing requirements, providing technical advice, to implementing new systems changes and coordinating activities.
- Work closely with eLearning system vendors on the customisation, technical support, system upgrade, content migration, testing and resolution of any technical issue related to system implementation.
- Lead and manage LMS Technical Service team.
- Support the day-to-day operations of Canvas LMS Systems and related services.
- Perform other duties or functions as necessary or assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Relevant technical experience in LMS systems administration and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure administration.
- Certification on AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Security, Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) would be advantageous.
- Team leader with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, possess initiative, able to nurture strong team spirits and also work independently.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Technically inclined and possess keen interest in emerging technologies.
