**_Executive (Accreditation), Group Education_**
- NHG is one of the three sponsoring institutions in Singapore to offer residency training programs for doctors pursuing postgraduate medical education. The Executive (Accreditation) supports NHG Residency in ensuring that the institution and its residency programs fulfill the required accreditation, responsibilities, and commitment for graduate medical education._
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in program accreditation and management;
- Liaise with professional bodies and institutions on accreditation matters;
- Ensure the effective implementation of accreditation-related policies and processes including the documentation; and
- Provide the secretariat support in accreditation meetings such as internal reviews, self-study sessions, and site visits.
The Executive (Accreditation) would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra
- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This would be done by matching the aspirations and competence of the Executive (Accreditation) to the needs of the projects.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**(a) E**ducation/Training/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with at least 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- **(b) Personal Attributes**:
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
- Team player with a pleasant personality
