**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administer medical seminars and workshops.
- Track validity of SMC medical registration and medical insurance for all doctors..
- Prepare Orientation file for Fellows and carry out orientation.
- Coordinate PSS training for medical staff.
- Process SMC assessment for doctors on Conditional/ Temporary Registration.
- NSC document controller for ISO.
- Process renewal and track validity of practicing certificate.
- Administer Petty Cash for miscellaneous purchases.
- Compile doctors non-working session for monthly report.
- Administer initial and renew accreditation for NSC.
- Arrange initial and renew accreditation with TTSH.
- Arrange for CPSSII access and visitor pass to TTSH/CDC.
- Process primary sourcing for Basic and Postgraduate professional qualifications.
- Administrate support for Continuous Medical Education activities in NSC.
- Administrate the hiring process of medical doctor.
- Oversee / Coverage of Library.
- Process renewal of Visiting Fellow Training programme with SMC.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Healthcare Administration/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
