Executive, Healthcare Performance Office

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on understanding of the end-to-end processes relevant to the quality indicators tracked by the Healthcare Performance Office (HPO) and be involved in its data collection, analysis and interpretation. You will learn to generate data from IT systems, conduct audits and work closely with the various process owners to identify areas for improvement, establish targets and evaluate the effectiveness of action plans. HPO team provides regular reporting of the quality indicators to both internal management as well as external organisation.
- You will also be providing support to projects and initiatives under Medical Affairs Office, which HPO is under. This includes minutes writing and follow-up on action items.**Requirements**:
- Experience in healthcare or service industry operations will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player who is analytical, meticulous, resourceful and organised
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
