About the Role
Join the Secretariat of Healthcare industry, where you will support the accreditation and registration of specialists in Singapore's healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review healthcare professionals' applications for specialist accreditation and registration.
- Liaise with applicants, employers, senior professionals, and internal representatives.
- Provide secretariat support for Board/Council and committee meetings.
- Handle enquiries and manage public mailboxes.
- Support policy reviews and website management.
What We're Looking For
- Min Degree holder with experience in regulatory, policy, operations, or administration preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with a professional and confident approach.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with good stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
Contract Duration: 11 months
Working Hours:
- Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Hourly Rate: $18.50 (Degree)
