**Responsibilities

2.Responsible for membership administration and operations

(a) Verify and update members’ information

(b) Co-ordinate the delivery of members’ rewards

(c) Handle documentation and administrative tasks

(d) To ensure the confidentiality of information and safeguard the privacy of members, it is important to refrain from disclosing any sensitive data to unauthorized parties.

3. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and materials

4. Manage sampling & quota requirements

**Additional responsibilities**

5. Performs other duties as deemed necessary for the smooth execution of his/her duties or duties as assigned by their reporting manager.

6. To assist in ad-hoc activities such as being one of the UAT testers of our App or scheduled quick checking of our App as a user.

7. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices

**Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

2. Good customer service, verbal and written communication skills

3. Adept user of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

4. Basic knowledge of databases; how they are managed and store data, understanding of relational databases

5. Good attention to detail and the ability to check all work thoroughly

6. Good level of numeracy and logical comprehension

7. No prior experience required, but internship or co-op experience in Market Research fieldwork, analysis, consumer or digital panels will be an added advantage

8. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. On-the-job-training and guidance will be provided.

9. This role offers the flexibility to work primarily from home.
