**About the Role**:
As our Gym Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional experience for our members and staff. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our gym and café, manage our dedicated team, and work closely with the Director to drive growth and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving fitness community and make a tangible impact on our members' lives.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our climbing and fitness facility and in-house café.
- Lead, train, and manage gym staff to ensure a motivated, efficient team delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and implement custom training and coaching plans in collaboration with coaching staff.
- Drive membership growth and retention through effective operational strategies and excellent customer service.
- Manage operational budgets, including forecasting and expense management.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for team-building and wellness events.
- Ensure the maintenance and safety of gym equipment and facilities.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to implement and monitor effective processes.
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
