**IT Support Technician & Administrator**:

As an IT Support Technician & Administrator for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for their own area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to IS services. Reporting to Operation Manager, you will be processing of SIM card subscription (life cycle), i.e.. SIM, eSIM, M2M, broadband with company selected Telco. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Raising ticket to print management team for other print issue. Ordering of paper
- Processing of MS telephony subscription and support
- Handling of day-to-day activities and troubleshooting
- Creating, maintaining of IS portal. Creating, maintaining of ABB web order portal (SNOW)
- Verifying and processing of monthly canon billing, telephony billing, CHGPL charges and other purchases
- Preparing and generating monthly consumption report for print management, report for telephony and preparing monthly infrastructure performance report
- Coordinating with facility management and vendor for telecommunication setup
- Assisting Country Infrastructure Manager

**Your background**:

- ITE / diploma / bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
