POSITION OVERVIEW:As a Printer Technician at EOS IT Logistics, you will be overseeing the maintenance and optimization of client's printer assets and providing technical support for the client’s APAC users. Your responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, ensuring the seamless operation of the client's printing infrastructure, and managing support for tiers 1 through 3. Onsite Singapore CBD area regular working hours.  WHAT YOU'LL DO: Technical Leadership: Provide advanced technical support for client's printer-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and offering innovative solutions. Lead the resolution of escalated technical challenges within the printing environment. Printer Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct maintenance tasks on client's printers, ensuring optimal performance. Lead service repairs and coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues. Help System Administrators manage and troubleshoot print server infrastructure. Support Management (Tiers 1 through 3): Manage and provide support for printer-related issues across tiers 1 through 3. Collaborate with end-users and higher-tier support to ensure efficient issue resolution. Utilize HP web Jetadmin utility to push configuration and firmware updates to printers SOP Development and Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client's printing infrastructure. Ensure that SOPs are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with client's evolving requirements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred. 1-3 years of experience as a Printer Technician or in a similar role. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex printer-related issues. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.  Passion for finding innovative solutions Strong stakeholder management.  PREFFERED SKILLS: Familiarity with HP printers Experience with Web Jetadmin utility Experience in the printing industry with a focus on advanced printer maintenance. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a technical environment.
