**Regional Senior Recruiter - APAC, Middle East & Africa**:Career Level 4
**Location**Singapore, Singapore
We are currently looking for a Regional Senior Recruiter to be based in Singapore, and drive the recruitment function across the APAC MEA markets.
Reporting into the APAC MEA Regional Lead for Recruitment, DEI, and Employee Relations, this role will be accountable for delivering our goal to attract and recruit the best talent.
Your job
- Collaborate and partner with a team of recruiters across the region to ensure attraction and engagement of a talented and diverse workforce.
- Understand the strategic workforce, and support the workforce planning, of the business.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics, communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activities for hiring manager and senior management team.
- Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment strategies; including, but not limited to, effective selection and interviewing techniques.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, in close partnership with hiring managers, of mid-senior level open roles.
- Partner with the business and HR leaders to actively integrate the Inclusion & Diversity agenda into the recruitment strategy and pipeline.
- Hands-on management of recruitment related technology systems, tools and assessment products, as well as training and utilization of such systems.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders on Attraction topics such as employee branding, value propositions, and drive implementation and adoption across the APAC MEA region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutes of higher learning, professional networking organizations, and recruitment networks.
**Profile**:
- Solid recruitment experience gained in a multinational organization and/or a reputable recruitment agency, with experience in active recruitment across multiple markets/locations.
- Comprehensive experience in developing and maintaining robust and business focused relationships with key stakeholders, as well as experience working in a matrix organisation structure.
- Change agent approach with focus on business value creation, pragmatic, persistent, determined, dynamic thinking and perform under pressure to deliver within short deadlines
- Ability to evaluate complex or diverse information to drive efficient and effective recruitment process
- Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of selection tools, methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
