**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the HR Manager of REACH Community Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Recruitment and Selection for interns and staff including onboarding procedures
- Administer Office Administration including maintenance of door access system and issurance of staff items to new staff
- Schedule townhall communication sessions and gather staff feedbacks for the sessions.
- Minimum a Diploma in HR Management. Fresh Degree graduate will be considered
- 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist
- Good knowledge of statutory labour requirements and Employment Act
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Meticulous, well organized and with the ability to multi-task
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
