Information Technology Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and result driven IT Director who has broad hands-on IT experience.

The IT Director is responsible for all aspects of organization’s IT systems operations including services to users of these systems which include Oracle NetSuite ERP, Office 365, and others.

IT Director will need to develop a comprehensive IT operating model for his/her area of responsibilities to better manage and maintain IT systems and support IT users.

The role also requires collaborating with other team members to provide good support to users.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Establish strategic direction of the Company’s information systems (IS); executes strategy in collaboration with company leadership.
- Direct and coordinate professional services such as systems analysis and design, feasibility studies, and programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
- Implement fit for purpose technology solutions to maximize operational efficiency across Patient/Test Order Registration, Field Operations, Lab Operations through partnership with each functional unit leader.
- Drive adoption of newly implemented technologies (e.g. LIS)
- Identify and recommend new technologies and services that will improve efficiency, processes, and operations; reviews requests for additional services and upgrades, assessing the costs and benefits to the organization.
- Execute Oracle NetSuite implementation project along with service provider.
- Manage and set priority to assign projects or tasks.
- Propose evolutions of the IT operating model and IT organization and execute as agreed.
- Interact and collaborate with users and their business managers to identify and specify required IT needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members and business managers on projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate IT policies.
- Develop, maintain, and implement IT procedures required to ensure compliance to IT policies.
- Recommend and manage third-party service providers responsible for day-to-day operations IT systems and related user support.
- Remain current on advances in technology.
- Manage upgrades, migrations and replacements of hardware and software utilities
- Implement and enforce suitable disaster recovery policy and adequate contingency plans
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities and Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Oracle NetSuite, cloud technology stack: Virtual Machines setup and management, Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure, etc
- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Office365 system administration including Active Directory administration.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience with network infrastructure management.
- Sound technical knowledge of and proven experience with cybersecurity management.
- Relevant experience with ERP implementation, product development lifecycle and user support.
- Thorough understanding of IT Management principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating and orchestrating cross-business or cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technology background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

**Qualifications, Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Business Information System, or Computer Science, or equivalent training and experience required.
- At least ten years of experience in a technical role required, with significant leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
