JOB TITLE: Operations Driver Overall Mission The Operations Executive responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and transport allocation across Singapore. This role involves training and developing team members, supporting executive-level management, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining these relationships and facilitating the successful execution of tasks. Main Contribution- Customs Clearance & Documentation: Ensure all required documentation for import shipments is complete and accurate for customs clearance.- Damage Reporting: In case of damage, take pictures and report to the office for further instructions and processing.- Export Packaging & Documentation: Lodge export packages and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.- Labeling & Packaging: Check and accurately affix all labels on packaging. Print export shipment labels as needed.- Weighing & Verification: Weigh all packages in the office and re-confirm weight with customs for compliance.- Time-sensitive Deliveries & Collections: Manage deliveries and collections of packaging, especially those with time or temperature sensitivity.- Proof of Delivery (POD) Updates: Provide timely updates to the office on the proof of delivery, including exact time and name of the recipient.- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles by ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and upkeep.- Safety Equipment Management: Keep track of fire extinguishers and first aid boxes in both the office and company vehicles.- Office Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.- Packaging & Gel Pack Conditioning: Ensure the proper conditioning of packaging materials and gel packs for temperature-sensitive shipments.- Fridge/Freezer Monitoring: Continuously monitor the condition of fridges and freezers to ensure they maintain appropriate temperatures for sensitive shipments.- Licensing: Maintain necessary Hazmat and Dangerous Goods (DG) licenses, as mandated by authorities.- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the office.
