We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Assistant to support the Head of Logistics in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Singapore roads, be detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the Head, Logistics in the following duties:

  1. Update inventory status (Receiving / Issuing) in the computer – AX system.
  2. Record all goods returned from installer / customer in the daily return excel file (Daily Return Records Folder)
  3. Schedule daily delivery & update daily delivery schedule excel file (Delivery Schedule Folder)
  4. Manage document files
  5. Assist in daily warehouse related paperwork.
  6. Housekeeping

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
