DESIGNATION : Senior/Associate/Assistant Manager, Volunteer & Partnership

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties of an Associate/Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Volunteer & Partnership (Volunteer Centre) includes:

- Support the development of a new volunteer centre and the volunteer processes of recruitment, training and development pathways, deployment and enrolment, retention and recognition
- Support necessary evaluation and all critical reporting processes under the Volunteer Centre
- Support Volunteer Centre in facilitating effective partnership with all stakeholders in the volunteer ecosystem
- Understand ground needs and triaging the appropriate volunteers to the community and other social service agencies
- Support in developing and strategizing operationalization plans to outreach volunteers and partners
- Attend to all enquiries and administration required for the Volunteer Centre, including data management, report submissions in a prompt and timely fashion
- Ensure all enquiries are given timely follow through and attention. e.g. screening, assessment matching and necessary orientation between volunteers and the agency they are assigned to
- Manage and maintain volunteer database and administrative documentations pertaining to volunteer centre
- Any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma with some experience in volunteering or volunteer engagement
- Proficient in Google Workspace - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive
- Pleasant, resourceful, proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned
- Have an interest/passion to work with partners and new people groups
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and at the same time a team player who is able to work cohesively with colleagues from different levels
- Proficiency in digital skills (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign etc) is an added advantage
- Willing to travel around Singapore for work

**Location**:

- Ubi Office (but will have to travel mostly around Bukit Merah area for work) - 1 Year Contract
