We are looking for a management associate to engage our stakeholders and assist them with their basic enquiries and direct them to the right personnel; the main focus is to assist in the recruitment, training, coordination and outreach of the volunteers. You will be responsible for identifying the needs of the organisation and matching volunteers with the relevant skillsets to fill the gap. You will also be involved in managing different Food Bank projects and events.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Volunteer recruitment, coordination and outreach
- Training and orientation of volunteers and deployment into various programs
- Creating, maintaining and updating of volunteer database
- Plan and develop current volunteer programs to the needs of the organisation
- To assist in the planning and execution of any Food Bank related events
- Manage queries from the hotline and redirect to relevant parties
- Any Relevant Administrative duties

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A minimum Diploma is preferred
- Experience in prior volunteer management/ NGOs is preferred
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Attention to detail and responsible
- Entry level is welcomed to apply
