**Key Responsibilities**
- Familiarize with the company's sales pipelines to effectively engage with existing processes and contribute to effective sales strategies in expanding client’s base.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on current trends, customer needs, and demands.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to meet and exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
- Maintain good relationships with current clients, ensuring a continuous and reliable presence that leads to customer satisfaction and generates potential referrals.
- Lead project management duties, ensuring timely delivery of services, and coordinating effectively across different departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Participate in sales training programs designed to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and objectives.
- Other necessary tasks as required.
