**Dough Baker - High-Quality Neighborhood Restaurant
The Dough Baker will play a crucial role in our culinary team at our high-quality neighborhood restaurant, specializing in crafting exceptional pizza dough. This position requires a skilled individual with a passion for baking and a deep understanding of dough fermentation and handling techniques. The Dough Baker will be responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining the pizza dough production to meet our restaurant's standards, ensuring that every pizza base is perfect. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding pizzas.

We will teach and provide the dough recipe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality pizza dough daily, following specific recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Manage the fermentation process, adjusting based on ambient conditions to produce the best possible base.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dough to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to forecast dough needs, planning production accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Innovate and experiment with different dough types and fermentation methods to enhance the pizza menu.
- Train and guide staff members on proper dough handling and preparation techniques.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, with specific experience in pizza dough preparation preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of fermentation processes and dough handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and precisely, managing multiple batches simultaneously.
- Passionate about baking and continuous learning, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
