**Position Overview**

As a Territory Adoption Specialist within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) organization, retaining and expanding our construction customers is one of our most important tasks. Within ACS Customer Success, we understand that enabling continuous adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers’ desired business outcomes is critical to building lasting relationships with our customers and ultimately driving revenue for ACS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately assess a customer’s level of risk for retention and renewal using various digital assessment tools and reports
- Organize target accounts according to pre-defined priority criteria
- Proactively call customers that are at risk
- Partner with Sales and provide customer health leadership, handle escalations on at-risk customers, strategize on Customer Success Initiatives and be a resource on how best to leverage Customer Success Resources
- Ensure that customers drive maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal and collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Autodesk solutions and associated business benefits to address their needs
- Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
- Manage and collaborate inter-departmentally to resolve at-risk Customer escalations
- May include conducting customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand relationships, up-selling/cross-selling new products and requires an elevated level of influence over the customer lifecycle through renewal
- Build strong relationships for business planning with extended team
- Respond to partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 - 4 years customer success, renewals, and or inside-sales experience (individual contributor role)
- with documented track record of success
- Ability to forge strong customer relationships and insights over the phone
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions
- Understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations
- Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in
- Strong verbal and written skills required
- Highly skilled at managing time on customer calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach
- Hard working, have a record of accomplishment, and demonstrated drive for achievement

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Construction software knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction
- Previous experience in the Construction Industry - (i.e. Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Foreman)
